Chief Editor Contract

I need a contract for a magazine Editor in Chief. it must include the job as the editor in chief and areas were we put the price we agreed on. the contract must be done so we could re do it every edition. We would do a new contract every edition. the contract must cover every are a of the Editor in chief. in the contact it must specified that i will pay half and he other half when the edition is completed. it also must have an area to put when the edition must be completed.
