Reliable MQL Programmer Needed for RENKO EA

I would like an EA made for MT4 that trades off an offline RENKO(not range) chart. It will only use one indicator and price action and have very basic fixed lot order placement(0.01-100 lots). Have a magic # Be able to trade any currency cross and suffix pairs (ex..EURUSDm) It should have the ability to open two trades at a time,1 long and 1 short position, not 2 shorts or 2 longs. Also should have time filter. I will provide the indicator and the ea I use to generate my renko charts. I dont think either is decompiled. This Ea does not need any exit logic inside as I already have a great ea that takes care of my trades. I can be more specific with my entry when contracted but it should be a breeze for an experienced programmer. Attached is a screen shot with a general idea of what I want
