Windows Mobile 6.1+ & Win CE stocktake small native App

I would like to have a simple stocktaking application designed to run on windows mobile & windows CE devices. Devices will be similar to: Motorola MC3090 / Intermec CN50 What is required: App compiler for both Win CE & Windows Mobile 6.1+ GUI & function for home screen: - Simple buttons to be used on touch screen - Small screen design to suite 2.5 2.7 & 3.5 inch screens - Start stock count button - Email stock count button (will send email to user selected email address with CSV file attached, no description box required) GUI for stockcount setup: (2 Buttons) 1) Button for "Delete all prior data" (error message pop up - "are you sure this is a permanent delete of all data on this device?" 2) Button for "Enter stocktake number" (numeric input via keypad 10 digits) 2) Button for "Start Count" GUI for stockcount screen: (6 Buttons) - list last 5 scans & allocate a number sequence per scanned line item 1) Button for "Enter Bin #" (Alphanumeric max 10 characters) 2) Button for scanner entry 3) Enter Quantity (numeric input max 5 characters) 4) Button for "OK next item" 5) Button to scroll down last 5 scanned items and edit - once "OK" has been pressed the screen defaults back to "Enter Bin #" 6) Top right hand side button "Finished" GUI for completed stock count (appears after "Finished" has been pressed - text "your stockcount is now complete. (Display number of items scanned) (Display start time & end time) 1) Button to email "enter email address" - device will be connected to Wifi & internet - email must attach data in a CSV format, compress file and send email with a CC default to an email address. Default POP email settings will be provided Name of application will be Stocktake Manager All source code is to be provided CSV file format to include: Stocktake number | Line item sequence | Barcode number | Bin Location | Quantity | Start time | Scanned time | End time Must run as Native app in both CE & WM6.1+ environment
