Needs Magento Expert to finish a website (Includes graphic)

I have a website: software% tech %solutions dot com (remove the %) I need the following changes (more changes can apply). I NEED A PROFESSIONAL 1 MAN WORKER WHO CAN DO EVERYTHING IMMEDIATELY I DO NOT HAVE TIME AND NEEDS THIS TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY, AND NOT WITHIN A WEEK. 1. We want the website to have a background image instead of white background. 2. Some products with long name does not show up correctly and are getting crossed with the right bars. Please fix this issue by moving the right bars a little more to the right and maybe making the products names in a little bit tinier font. 4. Another job is to make advertisement, and get traffic to the website. 3. WE NEED TO APPLY Google Analytics - to know where the sale came from, what keywords was used on google / adwords on the sale order page and all the advanced tracking ways to improve our sales. 5. Please notice that "Add to compare" button have a problem and needs to be fixed and sorted like " Add to cart" 4. Download Delivery Products: All the products except "Total Training" products, needs to be duplicated and have "(Download Delivery)" on title. They need to be in the same category as they were plus to be at the additional category of Download Delivery > Adobe (AVG,Kaspersky,Trend Micro) The Adobe products doesn't needs to be inside a subcategory of Download Delivery, only on Download Delivery > Adobe. 4.1. Please notice that every product needs to be written before Product Description the following text: Once your order is processed during normal business hours, you will be emailed a download link directly from Adobe with a product serial number which is needed to activate and register the software. 4.2. Please notice that every download delivery item should have an "-download-delivery" in URL for SEO 4.3. If you have additional SEO ideas please apply them. I have made a sample of one product for you: 6. There is no need for the "More Views" option in our website. Every product will only have 1 image, please remove it at all. 7. There is no need for "Product Tags" on every product, we do not need that at all, Please remove it. 7.1. There is too much space in the end of the product description to the bottom bar. Please short that space to the size of 1 text line.
