Setup automatic product feeds and tracking for getprice

I have just moved my website from an Ashop cms to a magento design and I need to have the shopping feeds setup to update each night for getprice and shopping.com. I used to periodically update these via an xml file with our previous software which was very simple but I am new to magento and in the transition our links have become broken. What I need is for the files to be created to generate overnight to reflect any changes made to the website. I also need the tracking code snippet to be added to the checkout pages which again I did myselff for the old site but do not have the time to learn it now. I know it is a tiny job that will be completed in half an hour but I need it done ASAP so the applicant must be able to complete the job immediately. I will be weighing up the cost and timeframe to select the best applicant.
