Hi I have have member of my team who is IBM business certificated in this area. I guess you not need full scale datamining tool like SPSS modeler which cost $20000 per year (land only) additionally reporting tolls like cognos cost more. So I guess you need tool with only elements of upper tool fuctions, What exactly? You have to know what exactly you need so so you have datamining expert that will determine your need. Other important question how big are amount of data this is real problem in such system. So far my bid is place holder. Answer my question and I come up with mor precise price (but do not expect to be much less)
