Project administration list

I need an internal web tool for our company to be able to add new jobs, and assign people to them. Each job can be updated, completed etc. When a job is added, all people in the group of 'design' and 'digital' get sent the job by email. When someone accepts the job, the person who added the job gets emailed to let them know it's been accepted and by who. When a query is raised, the query goes to whoever created the job, and the status of the job changes to 'query'. Any update to the 'Description' of the job will email the design/digital person who accepted it. Files can be sent to the person who raised the job. Jobs which haven't been accepted will be red, green = with studio and yellow = query. Jobs that have a deadline for the current day need to have the deadline date/time highlighted All columns should be sortable where possible, default will be the last added job There are 3 lists: 'Jobs on' for jobs with a status of 'With studio' or 'Query' 'With client' for jobs with a status of 'With client' 'Archive' for jobs with a status of 'complete' Jobs in the archive can be edited as per any other job in case it needs to be returned to the main list (status changed). When a job is completed, 2 text boxes need to be filled in for hours spent on the project for Digital and Design. Both should be empty and need to validate for a value Designs will be provided in PSD format. To be built using ASP.NET C#
