Town Map with Google Sketchup

I need someone with Google Sketchup skills to create a town map drawn somewhat to scale. The town has about 20 streets. You will also need to add in 2 basic box-shaped buildings (outside view only, no need for windows or any detail).
I've attached a map of the town. You would need to map the place from Prospect Avenue in the South East, up to Parade Hill in the North West (basically everything shown in the attachment).
Please link to work that you have done in the past. Map work would be most preferable. I must be able to edit the map after you have completed the project.
