We want a small internet bandwidth limiter via vb6. It must has hotkeys eg. F1 for open - F2 for close. (it must customizable)
2 option for hotkeys:
When press open hotkey, bandwidth limit 0kb/sec
When press close hotkey, bandwidth unlimited.
