Hello, We are looking to build a site in php for property owners where they can rate their tenants. The main points are : 1. Tenants name 2. Duration of lease 3. Rating of rent payments being on time and in full ( a star rating out of 5) 4. Rental price range eg. 300-1000, 1000-1500, 1500 -2000, 2000 - 2500, 2500+ 5. Ease of termination of lease (star rating out of 5) 6. condition of property after vacation (star rating out of 5) 7. Nuisance factor ( again star rating out of 5) 8. location area of property 9. A procedure for a tenant to answer back to refute allegations. 10. Photo image of tenant and description 11. Property photos (damage to property by tenant) 12. Landlord login 13. To make site a subscription site using PayPal 14. Searchable database (Tenant name ) 15. Previous landlords 16. Key thing is simplicity and ease of use.... but to have a site that looks good We will assist with the design and provide a logo. If you have any questions please let me know.
