Requirement: Write a functional specification of a penny auction bid site, with the aim of developing/building a niche penny auction site. This may require analyst/architect type skills. Outline the 'modules', incorporating - homepage, live auctions, past auctions, buy bid points, a shopping cart, a registration module, how it works, a bidding engine (countdown timer and incremental bidding including bid robots) A Content Management System that would drive the content. Should include workflow diagrams for the actions as well as 'generic' screen shots of actions. The document should be technical enough for a web designer to then build a like site using open source software.
