need website built.

Hi i am looking for someone who can design me a website like groupon, living social, kgb and qypedeals, my website is called voucher of the day i have the domain name. This project will be intense and will cover all cities in the uk,there are 25 cities , please view [login to view URL] to see all cities that need to be covered in the uk, or check [login to view URL] this website seems easier to navigate around. What i need from this project - company logo soon as somebody logs onto the website they must register email address,(there must be a nice high graphic photograph of the uk on this page) all email details should store on a database so i can email new deals to customers daily, the canditate will have to show me how this is all done , i have deals waiting to go live so we will start in birmingham city straight away and wolverhampton and coventry, also have a nationwide deal ready. all major 25 cities in uk covered and photos for each city ie, london, london tower bridge photo, birmingham, bull ring photo, so each city will have there own personal image. i need to be able to have at least 1 deal on each city with a closing time and people must be able to see nearby deals in cities that are upto 30 miles away. i will require payments to be taken via the website (not paypal) all credit cards must be accepted and i need a counter to show how many are sold. i will need to be able to change deals myself, i will need the candiate to teach me this, i will have full access to the website and noone else can access, this will be a full running website for many years to come i hope. i also need this to show on google if people type in the competiters like kgb, groupon and living social MY website must show up. This is a huge project and i will require training in the field from the canditate, please understand i dont have much money and can only afford upto £200 but it will only be my maximum, if anyone can help me i will be very grateful and im sure i will get you more work in the future. thank you for taking time and looking at my add.
