Re-do Singpost shipping rates into Wordpress E-commerce

Need experience programmer to re-integrate singpost shipping rates for weight base shipping in wordpress ecommerce and fixed price shipping for local Singapore and proposed a better module for it Currently, the module done by one of the freelancer here sucks big time so you need to revamp the whole shipping module to make it more robust and not subjected to downtime u can log on to [login to view URL] to try out the shipping module ( the international shipping module is not working) Once the customer check out from the shipping cart, the next page they will have to select if they are outside Singapore or Singapore buyer ( need pop up to ask if u are international buyer or Singaporean buyer) If selected the option International buyer 1) they will select the countries they are in and checkout ( must have all the countries listed in Singpost) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2) the module you have design will then calculate the total weight and price and then will show them in my payment page where they will have a few payment option to choose from ( Currently i only have paypal) Singapore Buyer 1) Once they click on the Singapore button they will have 3 option to choose from a) Registered Article ( Flat rated fee of $5) b) Normal Mail ( if they selected this option, a pop up with msg like are you sure?( I will want an option to input this msg) they have to click yes or not to continue, if yes they will be able to click on the checkout button, if not they will re-selected the shipping option again) ( Flat rated fee of $2.50 c) Self-collection ( no shipping fee) ( need to removed) 2) Under the payment option, they are able to have a few payment option to choose from ( currently interbank transfer and paypal Note: please reply with wallvolution so i note u have read thru this also, u need do this offline and i will have to approve it before can upload it as it is a live site
