Small business being started needs website developed 4 pages

We have a small car parts company starting up and need a website with 4 pages. Home page, Customer Services Page, A store page which will link to a secure online portal (online portal by someone else) and an about us with contacts page. We have the logos, product images, descriptions and customer services text all ready. Just need someone to put it all together and make it work. This is only for the main site. We do not need any work done for the online shop/portal. Logo back ground and basic colour scheme attached.
