PHPBB Forum Fix, Upgrade, Mods including Chat

My PHPBB forum is using high CPU usage on the servers of my host company, who are threatening to suspend the site if the problem isn't rectified. They have told me it is a coding issue in the styles file, but i'm not sure they really know - nothing has been changed in the forum coding, so not sure what's going on. The forum receives around 30,000 page views per month I need this problem fixed so that my forum has far less CPU server useage - this is urgent work PLUS while I'm at it, I'd like some non-urgent work done - I'd like the phpbb version updated to the latest (there are several mods that need to be retained) and also have one other mod added (full titles of forum- sub forum-post in browser title for seo purposes) and also have a chat mod (low server usage of course) added, with a small chat area on the top of all pages if possible, the homepage at least SEO - the canoniacal issue of http:// and http://www fixed up Important notes: Only apply if you have feedback Only apply if you are an expert in PHPBB - i can actually do my own mods - i wan't someone who knows more than the basics State the words "This is not an auto response" in your bid, so that I know you aren't bidding on everything I need the first part of this work done immediately.
