I generated an email form via [login to view URL] and installed it with HTML on my Wordpress page. Here is the page as it looks published: [login to view URL] As you can see, there are multiple formatting errors, different sized texts / fonts, random <br /> showing up in the forms. I have to imagine these are easy fixes for anyone with HTML knowledge, but I don't have the time to figure it out.
