We have a home loan application form which was craeted using Adobe indesign.

We need to make modifications to the form which will involve editing the copy on one page (new copy will be provided in a word document) and what I describe as copying one pasting one page to make it into 2 pages (we want to increase the application form from 2 borrowers to 4 borrowers).

Once completed we need the form to be able to be converted into a writable pdf

I will provide a handwritten documents showing the exact chnages to create the extra page to the sucessful designer. I need this pretty quick please.
