Interspire Cart Developer Needed

Hello, We need modifications done to our Interspire Cart. We need our products pages/cart functionality to be exactly like this: [login to view URL] The bulk pricing, size/quantity ordering box, facebook like and the tabs "description, recommended items etc" on the bottom.. **We must be able to have Interspire Bulk Pricing and Product Variations modules enabled and working together. As Interspire does not allow this at this time. We have already hired workers who have come back and said they cannot complete this task due to the extensive programming. We need someone extremely proficient with the Interspire Shopping Cart to be able to make this happen. Please make sure you understand the task at hand and make sure you are capable of providing a solution. We are on a tight schedule and need this completed ASAP. Thank you.
