Genesis Theme and Yoast plugin expert

Under my Genesis theme I can display the Category Description for each category in my blog. When I activated the Yoast SEO plugin, it overrides the Category Description display properties and category description not appear in the blog. I am looking for wordpress and php programmer who could modify Yoast code to add the category Description facility. More details and guidance will be provide to interested bidder.
