Facebook likes, Recommends, Google +1's, Twitter Ect..

Hello friends! I have an existing popular website. We already have 5000 real Facebook fans. I have just added the Facebook like and recommend button to each product page. Also the twitter and Google +1 button. At the moment all these buttons say '0'. Which looks really crap! I want someone to go though our 100 or so products and add +1's, Facebook recommends, Facebook likes, And Tweets to each page. I only need less than a 100 for each product page. I'm flexible so I can work with your plan as your the expert. Please explain to me what your plan is and what you can offer.
