Convert files/data/tables from PHP to XML

We have sports statistics on MySQL databases and have different statistical pages programmed with php to show these statistics.
One example of a such page can be seen here:

(this is only an example, don't look at the "error Warnings"... and don't panic about the Finnish language, lol)
On this example page you can see at the top a League Table and down at the page 3 other tables with Scorer list etc.
So the php programming of these statistics have already been made, you don't have to start to programm these statistics - we just need these statistics (each table) in separate XML-files in order to be able to implement these on other webpages.
I guess we have around 40-50 webpages with such tables to be converted into XML. Many of the tables are been programmed in a way that there are a lot of simularities, so this will make this project even more easy for those who know about XML. :)
