We require to customize a Dolphin website called [login to view URL] to have Global Localization just like the next ones [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] , but with specific modifications. While people are writing the name of the place (country, state, city or user) a suggest box have to appear below the search box (just 5-10 suggested places, desired if we can change this by admin), user can go down using key pad or click the place to go. The name showed have to be like City-State-Country or State-Country or Country (first letter is capital), users already have their url. Req 3. Inside the search box have to have the text (configured by lang) “Search country, state or city”, and it disappear when people click inside and start writing. Req 4. If the searchbox is empty, the dropdown box have to disappear and the message “Search country, state or city” have to appear again. Req 5. Please have in mind that some places have accents, so people looking for Medellín (with accent in the i ) can search with and without accent (Medellín and Medellin will drop the same result). Req 6. The result address can be like this [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or by subdomain (country .[login to view URL], [login to view URL], country-state-city .[login to view URL]) so we can choose to use url or subdomains by admin Req 7. Blogs, Articles and all related modules in dolphin have to be filtered also by the desired place Not Registered Users Req 8. Detect the country of origin (by ip or browser lang, or by other way, if it’s not possible to detect it, a country configured by admin have to be the default) and redirect to the address [login to view URL] Req 9. All the content have to be filtered specific for that country Registered Users Req 10. To logged users there have to be in the top menu, the Country, state and city so user can click it and go directly to that places and also the search box have to be enabled Req 11. The country, state and city have to be integrated to the country, state and city of the users, by now we have have [login to view URL] but if you already have other solution that is working with you mod, it’s ok for us, the final Idea is that the people can select his country and a list o states appear and after select the state, a list of cities of that state will appear. In that way if someone change his city of living, the top menu will change to that city/state/country. Compatibility The resulting solution have to be IE, Chrome and firefox compatible. The solution have to be compatible with Dolphin 7.0.7 and let make new upgrades to the dolphin base platform without problem or at least leave us a manual to make new updates without problem.
