Sign website that can do e comerce and upload files auto

I need to have a website designed with about five main pages and tabs but several hundred pages for landing pages based on search,these landing pages will have the same info that the five main pages have but they will have a different keyword in them,the site will need to accept large files to be uploaded to me or the server along with a payment gateway for people to pay for the product they order, the site will be similar to signs365 dot com so that you can get an idea of the way the cost calculations will need to be completed.
