If I understand correctly you want to make a solar panel portable (for example by using a frame/enclosure) and mountable onto a vehicle. I'm imagining a car, truck or boat. I can absolutely do the 3D design for you and I could also look into producing a prototype (if you cover the material and production costs) if you would want to. If you need help with the electronics design, that's another thing I'm very good at. Examples of projects I did: watertight wireless sensor node enclosure design incorporating 6 solar panels, design of a lamp that can be put onto a car using a magnet built into the lamp housing. If I don't make the deadline, I'll give you a 30 USD discount for every day I'm over the deadline!
