Hbase and Hadoop configuration

We need to have Hbase and Hadoop configured to work with our application, which is php based using Codeigniter framework. Integration and configuration of Thrift interface is needed. Establishing communication rules between Hbase, Hadoop and with a fresh Codeigniter version is necessary as well as how it will tie up with mysql database. The setup should be able to run simple sample scripts both real time and time delayed. Currently, we have Hadoop installed and we are currently installing pseudo-distributed mode of Hbase. Java is also installed. We will provide a remote server space to work at, which you can access with both sFTP and SSH.
