Simple online monitoring solution in Joomla

We need an experienced PHP programmer that has built SaaS solutions previously on Joomla. Here is the basic overview of the solution. This is just the first phase of the project so there is a lot more work for you if you can prove your skill-set on this phase of the project. We are using Joomla as the framework for this online reputation monitoring tool we want developed to sell to customers. After a customer signs up we want them taken to an account configuration page then the solutions sets up a unique copy of the software for the client (if there is a more effective way to handle this we are open to suggestions). The online reputation monitoring tool is actually quite simple, it pulls from Google API, and a Google Custom Search Engine XML feed We want each customer to be able to add up to 25 keywords (keywords are entered at time of account setup or on the settings page) • Limits the number of pulled records for the initial setup of the keyword to 100 - Then sets a daily limit of pulling in a maximum of 50 unique listings a day from Google API, 25 from each Google Custom Search Engine XML feed • Google Custom Search Engine XML feed results should automatically be tagged as negative • After the data is pulled into the system it should be saved to a local db for the specific client • The buttons to the right ‘positive, negative, not me’ should allow the client to tag the listing as one of the three, once the client clicks on one of these images the three images should disappear and only the selected image one should remain, below the selected image should be a ‘change link’ which gives the user the original three options again • Once a listing is tagged it should be moved down to the positive category, negative category, or not me category. Only the untagged listings should be at the top of the page. Everything should be saved into the client’s unique db so the next time they login everything tagged is still tagged and in the correct category • If a brand new listing is found then it will display the ‘New’ image along with the corresponding up or down image. The new image should disappear after 7 days of being displayed. Please see the attachment for a screenshot. You can use existing Joomla modules to speed up the development process and reduce costs, just make sure I approve them before using them.
