High Quality Wordpress CMS Site for New Company

I am looking for a wordpress graphic designer and programmer (1 or 2 persons) to create a beautiful high end website for a new legal service. However, I will be very involved with hand-drawn wireframes, branding, content and will require a tight budget and unlimited revisions. The website should be similar in structure and content to [login to view URL] but with a better design, such as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] In addition to a well-designed template for the home page, internal pages will also need to be designed with individual headers and graphics. (I have had problems with designers who have simply given me blank blog-like pages for internal landing pages which is useless for me because every page has to convert the visitor to become an enquiry or client.) After we have agreed on the design, we will also need to discuss plugins for SEO etc. Finally, the programmer will have to install the site on my servers and assist with any issues if the server is slow (e.g., CDN, cache, etc). PLEASE review the attached files for the level / style of design I need for this site.
