LinkedIn It would also be necessary to be able to track RSS feeds from any other website. The user would be able to login and view a summary dashboard of all the set keywords that are being monitored and from there filter by website, keyword and keyword groups , and dates. Each tracked reference would show the title of the page/social entry with a short description and then a link to view the full one. Also an ability to then add/move that “mention” to a chosen list (list to be created by the user for archiving and grouping) and/or respond directly to the reference if appropriate, or simply delete from the timeline. Dashboard should have some visual representations of the data in pie chart or graph formats and should be made up of tabbed windows for each keyword group or website space(user to choose view) Also there should be a separate view for any one user to be able to view all their chosen websites/social media sites in windows using a single signon. i.e. they can view the timelines from their own/company account all on one screen using smaller windows (up to 6 per page) and are automatically signed in when they enter into account area.
