Please Bid this job out- Bidding will be open until 9/28/2011*** This job will be paid in milestones: 1st milestone- website overhauls- • I HAVE 2 VERY SIMPLE WEBSITES THAT NEED AN OVERHAUL AND & SEO OPTIMIZATION. • 1ST WEBSITE ([login to view URL]) IS ONLY 20-22 PAGES AND IS ALL INFORMATION ONLY WITH A FEW LINKS • 2ND WEBSITE ([login to view URL]) (see pdf attachments) IS NOT LIVE ON WEBSITE YET BUT IS IN DESIGNED AND WILL BE LESS THAN 10 PAGES AND WILL BE ONLY INFORMATION WITH A FEW LINKS. • ALL LITERATURE IS ALREADY PROVIDED ON EACH WEBSITE. WHAT I NEED FROM THE DESIGNER IS: FULL GRAMAR CHECK, BETTER UP THE OVERALL LOOK OF THE SITES AND POSSIBLY LINK IN SOME OTHER SITES (NEWS FEEDS ETC SO THAT IT HELPS OUT IN SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS) YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW HOW TO GET THESE SITES RANKED HIGHLY (FIRST PAGE DESIRED) BY KEYWORDS AND META-TAGS FOR GOOGLE, BING,YAHOO,MSN ETC. IN THE SEARCH ENGINE PLACEMENT, GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND KEYWORDS (YOU WILL NEED TO SEARCH AND FIND OUT TOP INDUSTRY KEYWORDS TO USE FOR THESE SITESAND WE WILL PROVIDE SOME AS WELL)AND HAVE A KNOWLEDGE OF BACKLINKING. SEO OPTIMAZATION- This job will have milestones like: Page 1 Position Top 5 Positions 1st Position Payment Terms I will fund 100% of the payment in Escrow for the Each Milestone: Milestone 2 will be considered completed when the site reached and remains in required rank/position in [login to view URL] search for a period of 30 Days in any 40 days period. This means if the site remains in top 10 position for 30 days in any time span of 40 days, then the milestone will be considered completed. And when it’s completed then the payment will be released. After you have achieved a good rank for these websites we will be happy to continue with a monthly maintenance package with you. Your Proposal should include: 1.
