We need to setup an IVR platform for Value Added Services(VAS) which receives calls only from mobile phones. Platform mission - to realize chats, votings, quizzes, content showcases,voice bulk,voice sms. IVR platform must be with MySQL+PHP intergration, Graphic Design, easy to use. Server will connect to mobile provider via E1 channel(1-4 channels).
