Need a simple iPhone / iPad App made, QUICKLY!

I need to create a simple iphone / ipad / etc app with the ability to play short audio phrases and with very simple, clear graphics.

I need this work done SOON, and I need HIGH QUALITY...

1. Any design/programming you’ve done before on the iphone / ipad

2. Links to your previous applications/games in the ITunes App Store.

3. An estimated time of completion on how quick this simple app could be completed.

• Someone who can do code work AND UI (user interface) design.

• Someone who takes PRIDE in their work and makes polished, beautiful looking products!
