Some Basic HTML / PHP pages

Hi I have a website which is using a PHP system. I need 3 basic pages designed to work within the system. The system has a place for inserting pages, but i need them nicely laid out - so either to work within the systems existing HTML editor or some way of linking them so that they are external pages but linked from within the system. Main skills required are: 1) Ability to link it or load it into the existing system 2) Ability to lay out page nicely and use graphics to enhance presentation if appropriate.
