Xcart upgrade and install of new skins

We need someone to come and upgrade our x-cart site from version 3.5.14 to the latestest version. We also need to either have new skins/templates designed or new ones installed from standard set. Please see below the process that is recommended by x-cart. We need someone who has done similar upgrades before. References will be taken. Work needs to be completed within 1 week of winning the bid. Our budget is around $50 for this work and if the job is good then we will offer other upgrade work for other sites. Also modification work will be offered. ***************************************************************** X-cart have started the following process... To upgrade your store from 3.5.14 to 4.4.3 you to upgrade the store database to 4.1.11 version with the help of '[login to view URL]' patch, that can be downloaded from your File Area -> 'X-Cart supporting files for prev versions' folder -> 'X-Cart 3.5' folder -> 'Upgrade kits for 3.5.x branch' folder. After that you should install X-Cart 4.1.11 Gold (I have uploaded its distributive to your File Area -> 'My files' folder -> '[login to view URL]' or '[login to view URL]' archive) and upload the upgraded database to it. Then you need to upgrade the store the store to 4.1.12 with the help of the "Upgrade from 4.1.11 to 4.1.12" patch, that can be downloaded from "My Licenses" section -> "Get upgrade pack" link. And after that you should upgrade the database from 4.1.12 to 4.4.0 (it can be done with the help of DB upgrader 4.1.12->4.4.0, that can be downloaded from the File Area -> 'X-Cart' folder -> 'X-Cart supporting files for prev versions' folder -> 'X-Cart 4.4' folder -> 'X-Cart 4.4.0' folder -> 'DB upgrader 4.1.12->4.4.0' folder -> '[login to view URL]' or '[login to view URL]' archive . Then you need to install X-Cart 4.4.0 (it can be downloaded from the same 'X-Cart 4.4.0' folder) and upload the upgraded database to it. After that you should upgrade your store to 4.4.3 with the help of the "Upgrade from 4.4.0 to 4.4.3" patch, that can be downloaded from "My Licenses" section -> "Get upgrade pack" link. Please refer to our manual for the upgrade instructions: [login to view URL]:Upgrading If your store is alive it is highly recommended to create a test copy of your shop, perform the upgrade procedure on this copy, do a test and only then apply the upgrade to your live store. Also please remember that if you have any functionality customizations or design changes on 3.5.14, you will need to re-implement them to 4.4.3 manually after the upgrade. **************************************************************************
