Need a writer cum VA cum proofreader cum project manager

SAADID INC. needs an article writer cum VA cum proofreader cum project manager cum HR manager for its company for one month "ON TEST" BASIS. Responsibilities: - Have to hire enough good writers to handle 80x500 words per day. - I will send you the projects..u will finish the project by my writers...send me or the clients.I don't know with which writer u r doing so...or how u will do that...I just know that u will maintain 100% deadlines. - If u see...deadlines are ending but no writer available...u have to write all projects by urself. - Proofread each and every article before sending them to client. -Hire and fire and manage writer. -Keep project's and writer's records.(contact info, bill etc). - Other necessary VA works.(article submission etc etc) Budget: $250-$300 per month.
