We are looking for someone that can turn our PSD web design into a CMS system. The CMS is up to you you can use wordpress or joomla. All pages must be editable from with in the CMS. All pages in CMS must have SEO friendly URLs. You must be able to achieve everything needed for the site with out using Flash. Images and video as well as content must easily be uploaded to the site when it is done. please take a look at the design we have [login to view URL] please click on all the menu link inside the link packages you will see a button called photos click that then you will see the photos click them and you will see how the images load. Also when you click on Staff you will see that it shows staff members and when you mouse of the photo a box with show up with the info of that staff. the site will be a fixed layout only the center will scroll. We will give you all the PSD in layer format If you have any question please ask before you bid.
