Simple CMS creation

a simple CMS system is needed.... What it must feature is : Ability to add, edit and delete pages - Categories not needed. Pages to have the option on whether or not time and date is displayed. Pages will eventually be inserted within a html page so ID's are needed per page so this can be done. The box size of the page will be small and will need to include a scroll down should the page need it (exact colours will be provided along with box size of the created page) A login to the main admin page. This is similar to things such as Joomla but with only a page feature - which if course the page being a small box. Any questions, please feel free to PM me.
