SEO for Specialty Website

We need to increase targeted traffic to a website for a specialty medical product. Our websites are selling sites, so the traffic we are looking for should be buyers! Short term, we envision a coder as a partner who will build durable quality backlinks, do other offpage SEO, onpage SEO, web 2.0/social marketing, etc. and review site design, for one specific website. For this first short term project we will set a traffic goal to be achieved within one month. As a small company, our reputation is a critical asset, and we will not accept black hat techniques.
