Simple App Coding Needed for iPhone A S A P

I need an app created with the following things…. Coded with Xcode. Tab Style Format. iPhone Only. All pages must have an XIB file for Interface Builder editing. This app will be similar to the [login to view URL] app. Main Tab just leave blank, I will format it all but have an XIB for Interface Builder Editing. Track Map Tab - This tab will be a google style map with it zoomed in to the track area. If the user is present in the area it will show the user, if not, it won't. Should be zoom able in & out. Also there should be some plot points here based on the server file. The app should check this file upon launch every time to make sure no changes. There should be some plot points form this for reference on the map. These will have popup messages with what they are…ie restroom, etc. Schedule of Events Tab -- This tab will be similar to the referenced app and be based on the rss feed from a wordpress blog. Should have an image on the left and info on the right. If user clicks on the row it should ask to share the even via email, twitter, or Facebook. News Feed Tab -- Similar to the app above, but pulled from wordpress site rss feed. Image & text. Photo Gallery -- user submitted photos. We have to approve these. So the user should have the ability to see all the previously approved photos in a album and view full view. Also should have a submit button. Where it gives the choice to take one or use one from photo library and then email it to our email address. Then the album will be based off of a folder on our server. So to load, the album will look at this server folder and load from there.
