300 PR3+ One Way Permanent links

I need 300 PR3+ links one way permanent links for a website dedicated to Libya. All of these 300 permanent links have to be placed at site's page with PR3+ and NOT from any subdomain. Links must not be made using automated software (such as YACG, Scrapebox, Xrumer, etc.) or any other illegal linking methods([login to view URL] hacked website). Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines. Reporting: You will need to produce a report includes all 100 backlinks 1. URL of page where link is located. 2. Google PR of the page where my link is located. 3. Anchor text used for the link. 4. IP of link page. Verifying: - I will verify all links are do-follow and that the anchor text is correct - I will verify the pr of each page using google pagerank toolbar - I will verify that the pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (viewable without registration) and indexed in google - And i will check every restriction given here. Milestone payment will be made, but no money will be released until job is done.
