Create website for iPhone resume using flash

I have a template example for an iPhone app for resumes: [login to view URL] I am looking for someone who can make a flash component based on this template. So basically I need one webpage with this flash component. Users must be able to change predefined texts, either in the component or right next to the iphone image. These updates must be stored somewhere, either in a file or database, so the next time the user logs in, he sees his creation.
