Banner /Landing Page Graphic

Modify an existing landing page banner that has a picture of a billboard to use another image that is custom made or uses verifiable Royalty Free Images that you have permission to use or tell us what image it is and we will purchase it directly (must be reasonably priced (under $20) and royalty free. The banner is used on two websites. One has a blue colour scheme the other green. The banner must be customized to look good in each colour scheme. The message is announcing a new website, new domain and new look coming in the Fall of 2011. See attached for banners. Note we like these, but unfortunately could the billboard image is from unknown origin and we do not want to risk using protected images. A simple solution would be to find another billboard in its place, then place text and give the text perspective to fit the billboard. There are many billboards we looked at. the best stock images were found at Shutterstock and then some at BIG Stock Photo. NOTE: We are a web services company. We are looking for white label services only. Would like someone who has a good eye for business website design and can work fast. Only designers that are considered will be given URL and final details. Working files such as Photoshop or illustrator are also required. Dimensions are same as the attached.
