Has anyone from Canada ordered from here? I am concerned about their International exchange/return policy. What if it doesn’t fit?
I’ve always said that http://www.asos.com is the best international clothing site! Much better than modcloth. They ship from the UK and no matter your order size, all shipping is free! And they also deal in Canadian Currency 🙂
I’ve ordered a couple of times from ModCloth and LOVE it. If you measure yourself properly, there will be size charts and also approximate fits (eg: fits one size small, fits average) which make it super easy to fit yourself well.
I’ve never had to return anything so I’m not sure about the policy, but you need Paypal to order from Canada, and shipping has been around $18 each time that I ordered.
US returns are free, so when I returned something I just brought it with me on a shopping trip across the border.. something to keep in mind if that works for you.
