SEO for my website social bookmarks and articles etc

Hello, I have a real estate website that I need SEO (offsite) completed. I am looking to have 4 articles written and submitted to top 25 article directories (4 submission minimum each directory for min 4 links each submission) in real estate category as well as 100 social bookmarks are needed. I am also interested in having my site on local listings (Dallas Ft Worth Texas). Please suggest any white hat methods to me that you can do. I especially need my site linked to authority sites in industry (real estate). I will escrow and prefer members with multiple positive Freelancer ratings.
