Form Grabber and Submitter

I need a PHP script/class that will submit data to this form: [url removed, login to view]

The form is several pager and the last page contains a capcha image. Client will need to enter the capcha code. So the form will need to 1) accept client information for the form 2) accept capcha code 3) return result

1) REQUEST: Client's Form information (Using GET Method)

RESPONSE: URL of the Capcha Image and Session ID OR Error Form Message

The script will submit the Provided Information on every page of the form. Then save capcha image from the ast page of the form on the local server so that the client can retrieve it. The script will also maintain different session ID in case there is more that one client using the script.

2) REQUEST: Session ID and Capcha String

RESPONSE: Success if form was submitted OR error

The form is pretty sophisticated so I need someone who is detail-oriented and patient. The form has cookies, session IDs, POST with Content-Disposition & multipart/form-data; boundary.
