The objective of this exercise is to redesign the homepage of WikiOrgCharts and the homepage when a person has logged in -- 2 pages. Please feel free to submit mock-ups so that we can make this more like a contest. These submissions will be highly prefered. Wireframes are acceptable. I expect bids to not be not above $150.
On the homepage when a person is logged in we want to have an entry point where a prospective user can see that we have lots of content ie org charts to offer. The current page is a bit flat
The purpose is to present a number of tasks, statuses, and editorial elements that are constantly changing. Combined with email alerts this will induce users to return to WikiOrgCharts.
some of the elements can be found can be found on other (competitive) sites. We want to duplicate these elements but not in a way that depicts that we are copying outright. We should differentiate by our choice of words and integrating the elements into a the WikiOrgChart style.
the successful designer should log into Wikiorgcharts using Linkedin or facebook and also examine the sites that are in the PowerPoint. Other sites to look at include Branchout and Jibe
On homepage there is a module that states how many individuals and companies are listed in wikiorgcharts.
