SEO for new website 50 + links P 3 + page rank

For this project, we require 50 permanent links from pages with a Google Pagerank of 3 and above for a restaurant review website.

All 50 links must be permanent, placed on a page with at least a pagerank of 3 (not the domain pagerank, the page itself).

There will be no link exchange provided.

Pages should have similar content to the restaurant review website it is linking.

New links should be reported daily via email.

Can be made over any recommended period, I understand you can t do in one day

We will supply the link and anchor text if you are selected.

GUIDELINES:

Link must be purely WHITE HAT

Links must be in Australian Based websites

Links must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices

Page should not be excluded by [url removed, login to view]

One link per domain.

Links must be in sites relevant to the website

Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty

Links must be permanent, You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement

Links must be placed only on English websites

NOT ACCEPTABLE:

No black hat or Grey hat tactics

No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc.

No link from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, comments, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, ping sites, etc.

No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups

No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing.

No links from "under construction" pages.

No sites which ask for money later.

No use of automated software or bots.

No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages.

No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.

No adult websites or with illegal content.
