Update my old NEWS script and create 2 more new Script

Hi,

Thanks for taking interest in this project. This project has three major category.

First is to update my old news-script with some new features. My old news script is written in PhP and uses MySQL as database. It is readable and easy to customize. The features my old news script has and the features I need to add/modify is described in the attachment file ( pdf format). The new updated script should be written in PhP, MySQL and Ajax( where ever needed).

Second category is to create guestbook / comment script with share options enable. The features i need for this script is also explained in the attachment file below. The guestbook / comment script should be written in PhP, MySQL and if needed Ajax.

Third category is to create contact form. For this one too, the features i need is described in the attachment below. This contact form should be written in PhP, MySQL and if needed Ajax.

Note:

1. Please do not bid before you are completely sure what you have to do in this project. That's why please do read the attachment file before bidding and if you don't understand anything PM me so that i can clarify it to you.

2. When you bid on this project, i'll asume that you understand all my need and you are able to give me what i want. I will also assume that the amount and time you bid is your final decision, which means you are able to give me the scripts with all the thing i need within the time you bid and for the amount you bid.

3. I do not want to hear later on that you need more money and time to complete the project because it was harder than you thought or more vast, more difficult that you imagine so you are asking me to understand it. Thats why i am asking you again please re-read the project details before bidding. I might consider a day or two more ( not more than that) for you to complete the project but not a single penny more than you bid. I am getting this problem a lot, by the end of project asking more money and more time. If it happens i'll withdraw the project from you without further notice at once.

4. I am a prompt buyer, and i hate dis-punctuality . After you are done, provide me with demo link, i'll test it , if i find error you'll have to fix it, other wise i'll release payment within 12 hrs from that time. I expect same from you. Relationship start with the trust, from my end i'll not do anything to break it and i expect same from your end too. What-ever you say i'll believe it, it is your job to protect that trust i have in you, so if you need more time and more money bid higher at the beginning than asking more at end. I'll rather go for quality service than cheapest service. Obviously I'll go for the cheapest bid for the quality service ;)

5. Please provide some of you previous work as reference so that i can know you better.

6. I'll send the news script file that need to be updated to the winner bidder by PM.

7. You can go above the budget i mentioned in this project if you think this project deserves more work and more money. i will consider it.

8. I want full copyright of the software.

9. this project is for serious bidder only
