Hello, I am the CEO of KineticTypography.com. We are a new Maryland based business that sells direct-marketed video production services to small, mid and large size businesses. We produce "trailers for websites" - intros, sales videos, presentations, music clips, and much more. Virtually any video making work that requires creativity and an animations skillset, we offer. My team has a combined 30 years of experience, some of which was working with Hollywood film productions. I am looking to expand my Sales department. Looking for two types of superstars: 1) Sell $10,000 worth of our services a month (just 1-2 average sales a week, or one higher-cost product sale biweekly) to earn monthly base pay. 2) Didn't hit quota? No problem. Just no base pay applicable for that month. Commission for both types of sales people is 20% of closing price, plus 100% of any mark-up that you can pull off. As you can see, the first type will be my most prized sales people, and those who deliver will be rewarded - frequently! Want an iPad? We can work one out for you for free, as a sales bonus.
