PSD to HTML Single page Newsletter (PART II)

The previous Freelancer failed to do so, and although he tried his best AND we paid him for his efforts, we did not get the wanted result. It is important that the newsletter will show in BOTH Outlook AND all major email clients (Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail etc) AND that we can change pictures easily, so we can use this as a template and send out a monthly newsletter simply by changing pictures...!!!! If you can't do it, don't bid and save all of us a lot of time. ***************************************************************************************** The project is actually pretty simple, at least.. not to us, but probably to seasoned HTML'ers. We have made a newsletter in Photoshop and sliced it up (as in saved for web and devices), using Photoshop. We then imported the made up HTML into our Joomla newsletter component. All goes well, except when we test send it, it breaks up as it it is going out of style. Which was by the way expected. So we would like this PSD to be converted into HTML, that actually works with most email clients (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Apple mail) and doesn't break up. A example of the newsletter can be seen here : [login to view URL] The header needs to be an interchangeable image with just 2 links to Twitter and Facebook. We need to be able to write text in the first section. The 'dear user' part and the main text part need to be separated as the Newsletter component will grab the users name with a Dear {subtag:name}, tag. The second section will always be the Facebook and Twitter section The third section, the background has to be interchangeable, the button stays right where it is. Fourth section, same deal. image may change, button will always be at that exact spot. Same goes for fifth In the sixth and last section, the images of the box covers need to be interchangeable, the buttons will always be there. So basically, this : [login to view URL] The yellow parts need be click able. The red parts need to be interchangeable. From what I understood from the previous freelancer, Outlook does not show background images all that well (as in : not at all). We don't care how it is done, as long as we change the red parts. We need to be able to edit and send this newsletter from the backend of Joomla (acymailing) and needs to look good in at least Outlook, and the bigger (free) email providers (yahoo, hotmail, gmail). Code has to be clean and tight.
