Build 2 x simple websites

I need 2 x simple websites built [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have all site text prepared i like the look and feel of this as a general design concept: [login to view URL] I want full CSS with fully editable meta statements Both sites will need the following: home page about us page FAQ page Enquiry page 1 - registration function for users - generate user ID/password Enquiry page 2 - upload function (users upload documents to be translated) - generate project ID# Enquiry page 3 - confirmation of receipt of files - generate confirmation email to user and to site project manager for every enquiry also google analytics set colour scheme of red, white and grey mobile version hosting will be provided by us (please build on your own test server initially)
